Just Confirming What I'm Feeling

Hi All, I was banded 8/13 and had my first fill yesterday. I am on liquids (with stuff like jello and cottage cheese) for 24 hours, mushies for 48 after that. I am experiencing a pain in my chest after eating even jello. I am assuming I am eating too fast, even though I think I'm going slowly. I think the fact that I felt no difference after banding maybe led me to not slowing down as much as I should have. Liquids go down fine. Do you more experienced people think it is just a case of eating too fast?

I would slow down, take smaller bites, and give it a couple days. Right now your stomach is likely irritated and possibly even swollen from the fill. It just needs time to adjust.
