Raspberry Ketones

Okay, so I know you guys have been hearing the buzz about raspberry ketones with Dr. Oz saying they work. Well I went out and got some of course because this last 20lbs does not want to leave. Well I think they are working because I have dropped a few pounds that I picked up on vacation and most of all I am getting really thirsty that makes me drink Water like never before. I have been walking my butt off, but I really have not done well with my eating, a teacher in the summer has many issues.

So, I am wondering if anybody has taken raspberry ketones and if so did they work? Oh and school starts back next week so I will be busy and out of the of the house Praise God!

i saw them advertised and did wonder about them. I dont use that but i do have frozen raspberries of a night with my Protein drink and yoghurt. its a great drink. im not noticing any weight loss through having raspberries but its the only fruit im having at the moment.

I tried a brand combined with something else and it didn't work. My mom got just the ketone and she shed some weight.

Raspberry Ketone can not be replaced with raspberries. You would have to eat 9 (or 90?) pounds of raspberries to equal a pill. Hard to do.

I just started taking them and I feel really good...find I have a bit more energy! Even though I haven't dropped much weight I can feel something because I am down to my last loop on my belt!! Woo hoo!! :)

I did notice I have more energy with them. I will give them a try. Plus, Friday I got another fill. Come on last 20 pounds.

You can buy them at any health food store. I got mine at GNC!

      I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
