  21. Congrats!! I also am down 2 pant sizes!!! My loss is slow! But when I was able to fit into a size 18 from old navy after being a 22 for the last 10 years it was the best feeling in the world! Keep up the amazing work!!!
  22. Thank you so much for your wonderful post! I was banded June 29/12 and im just not there any more!! I am not discouraged, just not as motivated....I haven't found my sweet spot and hoping my second fill will give me some restriction. I set a goal to lose 25 lbs by December and wondering if I can do it!! Your post is going to encourage me to start fresh tomorrow ! Keep up the great work!!

  24. Man!! I feel the exact same way ! I am 13 weeks post op, had my first fill 3 weeks ago and I still can't feel much restriction! I even think I gained a pound and embarrassed to go for my second fill next week! Recently a trainer that I worked with posted online how she feels surgery is a way out and I think that is bringing me down!! Having the surgery doesn't make it any easier!! But what I keep telling myself that I CAN do it, and so can you!!

  26. Congrats!!! I know how good that feeling is! Keep up the amazing work! Get better!!
  27. I agree with Miss73. I felt the same after my surgery and I had days where I could eat a lot...but I had to drink water in between meals to keep satisfied. Just had my first fill last week and had 0.5 cc put in. Now I feel more restriction...but still searching for my sweet spot! Keep up the great work, you can do it!
  28. I had my first fill last Friday. The nurse only put 0.5 cc in and I didnt think I would feel any restrictions but wow! What a difference. This was my first fill since my surgery June 29. She had to poke me a couple of times because my surgeon put my port at an angle so the bubble won't pop out when I lose weight. I HATE needles but didn't even feel it when she used the needle! It's going to be fine. Good luck!!
  29. I just had my first fill today, and I'm 10 weeks post op...the nurse only put 0.5 cc in me today...went good! felt like I had to wait longer! I am also hoping for a little more restriction
