Help Me Get Back On Track.

Hello I just had a baby 7 months ago and it seems like I'm lost. I need help with my food how many of you count your calories? Or how many of you track your food or water please help me giver ideas. I so feel like I'm a newbie lol. I have been banded since 2009.

I'm a food tracker and calorie counter, though not slavishly so. Many studies have shown that people who log their food intake lose more weight than those who don't.

As for ideas, heck, I could write a book about that. Oh, wait, I did write a book about that!
