But some general advice would be :-

Go and see your Dr. If you need a fill get 1. Make sure you are exercising and maybe increase how often/the intensity. Make sure that you are making the best food choices that you can.

I'm 4 years out, I weighed 328 when I had surgery. I lost down to 168 in a year! I've gained up to 221 in a few years.:( I feel I have no restriction @ all I eat way to much. I just had lipo in my arms an skin removed also my breast done! In Oct. I plan my tummy tuck & legs I so need to loose these extra 40 lbs. I'm in a size 16 now by loosing 40. Lbs that would take me to a 12 then after surgery I would be in a happy 10:)
