Question About Food Being Stuck, Then It Coming Back Up????

I'm sorry if this is kind of graphic.....Last night I tried to eat a couple bites of chicken tender and I guess I ate it too fast or didn't chew it well enough, because it got stuck. (I know it's my fault and shouldn't have even tried to eat that). Anyway, I ended up throwing up, and it wasn't just a regular one. It was a very hard strenuous throw up, and now I look like I've been beat up. I look like I have two black eyes. This has happened once before.

I was trying to research online the cause of the black eyes after vomiting. No, I wasn't drunk or anything like that. I'm going to bring it up with the PA at my next weigh in this week.

I'm drinking liquids today, I'm not sure if maybe I had a virus or what. Not fun, anyway, and I'm not sure what to do, because I have to take my son to a baseball game tomorrow night and make up can't cover it up.

Has anyone else had this problem???

Maybe you threw up so hard you burst a couple of blood vessels.
