My Food Problems, I Need Some Suggestions

Recommended Posts

Hello all, I am having some trouble with some things and need a little help.

1) Does anyone have trouble eating the week before their time of the month?

2) I noticed last week that I wasn't losing anything and this morning I lost 2lbs. so, I was wondering if it had something do to with me ovulating?

3) I ate a gyro meat last month and did fine, so last weekend we had them again and I couldn't evan eat a piece of the meat before it was coming up. I thought it might just be the one we got so yesterday I tried it again and the same thing happened. Has this happen to anyone else? I really love gryo meat so it is really a sad thing for me. My husband thinks it might have some kind of filler in it and that is what is making me sick.

I hate asking so many question but I really need all the helo I can get.

hi,

Don't freak out.

First of all everyone is different. Most of us get tighter around tom.

Second our bands are fickle. One time we can eat something next time maybe not.It may be to dry didnt chew as well as you thought or to big a bite. Our body fluctuates with Water. We go up and down.

Hope this helped.

Wendy

I haven't noticed anything regarding my cycle other than the fact that I still crave the salty/chocolate combination!!! The only time I notice not being able to eat is in the morning. I have to stick with a shake in the morning. I have heard of people that have trouble with a particular food but try it again months later and it's ok. Your actual stomach is a moving organ so as you lose weight, lose Fluid, etc. the restriction can change. Have you read the book Band Wagon? It's a great book and covers lots of food questions. Good Luck to you!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
