I'm going for my 2nd fill tomorrow and I'm curious to know when will I get out of "bandster hell" ? After my last fill nothing changed. I didn't feel full faster or anything. I also gained 5 pounds. Helppp!

I didn't feel anything with the first three fills, but kept trying to stay on track with my eating. Protein, protein, protein! After the 4th fill, everything has been great. I feel restriction just when I need it, and am not having to count every calorie that I eat. Hang in there!

Something I didn't realize initially is that they will advance the fill amounts as you lose, so the more I lose at each appointment the more restriction they "can" add. I have another fill scheduled next week, and probably won't have them adjust anything as I think I may be in the green zone? Good luck. Hang in there.

Seems like most docs give you about one fill a month but some are as little as a half a cc! I got three which brought me up to 6cc in my 10cc band and that was green zone for many months! Good luck...this is truly the worst part!

When does it get easier? Like how many months after surgery
