Plz Tell Me No One Here......

Today at the gym, and I've seen it many times before by a few people.......

A woman got on the elliptical next to me. Prodding along at a slow, relaxed pace, Talking on a cell phone!

For at least 20 minutes!

Then, I notice she has a Starbucks coffee with her!

Not to mention, she looked good. Meaning she must have spent a long time doing her hair and all, just to come to the gym.

Why even bother? Heaven forbid she should break a sweat!

I do my make up and hair and wear high heels....Banane36.gif NOT

WOW I think she is a little vain.

That's why I don't go to the gym cool.pngwink.gif

Nope. Im a sweater and a gasper. Although sometimes i sing. Im sure it comes out in breathless sputters but i cant hear it, lol.

If Im going to make the time to exercise, Im not going to waste it staying in my "fat burning zone". There are much more pleasant things to do at that pace, such as an early evening walk with my hubby or swimming in the surf with my kids.
