Chewable Vitamins

Recommended Posts

Tomorrow I will be 6 months post op. I've been taking the Vitaband chewables. They are fine except I have to order them online. I was thinking of trying the Centrum Chewables. I feel that at this point I eat a variety of foods and could possibly swith to a more readily available Vitamin? What are you thoughts and what are you using?

My surgeon told me to use Adult Centrum chewables and I have stuck with those all along. I also take a couple other things, but not sure they are helping anything. I know the Fiber gummies work great, but the others?

Did your Dr. say to take 1 or 2 a day of the Centrum?

I'm using the (Target brand) Up & Up adult Gummy multivitamins; two per day (one a.m., one p.m.) and I'm happy with the chewability and taste.

I have been using Flintstones chewables Complete 2 a day - they work well for me & don't taste too bad, as long as you wash them down with a little Water.< /p>

I am using Nature's Bounty Your Life Multi Adult gummies. I bought them at Wal-Mart, they have fiber and taste pretty good. I don't like Gummy anything so that is saying a lot.

I use Flintstone Complete with Choline 1 chewable 3 X a day.

I have been taking these since I have been banded, and NO! Regrets.

I go to there website, and print out some coupons, and pick them up on sale.

I have tried Costco/ Sam's Club Vitamins with CHOLINE, and they just don't have as much

pick me up to me.

Good Luck Shopping..

Happy New Year !

Shirley.

I have not started the reg Vitamins yet but I read alot about the papya enzymes helping if you get a stuck.. I love the taste. you can take them 3-9 times per day as desired. it helps to digest your food and get it on out of the system faster.. love it..

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
