Hope I Am Back On Track

I have been really struggling since I went away the begining of oct. Never really got back on track with diet and excerisise and then it was Thanksgiving. I have had a great day today, going back to basics. Journaling, weighing in once a week, excersise and lots of fluids. I lost 107 pounds- weighed 110 (I'm really short) decided to maintain at 115. I was 135 this morning. Uggg 20 pounds and Christmas is right around the corner. My plan is to stay focused until then, enjoy the holiday, but not go overboard, and then of course back on track for the new year. It's scary how fast the weight comes on and how hard it is to loose it. Wish me luck! Thanks for reading.

I do wish you luck a plenty, but also the support of fellow banders. I am in a similar position and am struggling to control the "off the wagon" syndrome!! My saving grace is that I have a wonderful personal trainer who is supporting me for the journey...pushing me gently but firmly to keep exercising and quit fighting myself....that this blip will pass then we will do what we excel at which is losing....it is maintanance that is hard.

Please keep posting and crank up the walking and positive self talk.
