What I dont miss

I got banded last Wednesday, delayed 2 days due to the Hurricane

There has been some minor discomfort, not much. I had much more discomfort walking out of a Chinese Buffet!!

What I dont miss is the overeating and obsessing about food.

I am so glad that I didnt overeat today

My journey just started, but so far so good.

I went on the liquid pre op and lost about 15 lbs.

My weigh in at surgery was 301 on Wednesday. Today, 3 days later, its 290.

I havents seen the 2's in along time!!

Thanks to all of you for sharing your experiences; it truly helps me!!

Good luck to you all!!

I don't miss worrying about whether I would be able to fit into the seat on the rides in Orlando when I take my grandchildren on vacation. I barely fit into the new Harry Potter ride (imagine someone jumping up and down on you trying to get the latch to click in place) last summer, and I put on even more weight after that.

I agree, I would have a panic attack on line; am I going to fit???

I went tubing last year and got stuck on the rocks; I couldnt move or get up.

It was sooooooo embarrassing; but not today.

Keep up the great work; it inspires me!!
