What's For Dinner?

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone! I just had my band refilled after being unfilled for 3 months. It's kindof like starting over, especially since I gained weight and they could only put 1.8cc in my band.

I thought it would be helpful if those who have had success with the band could post what they eat during the day.

Thanks so much,

Annette

iced coffee mid-morning

late lunch: Peanut Butter on a low carb wrap, plus cinnamon roasted almonds

dinner: half an oven baked pork chop, a small amount of corn on the side.

Today:

BF: 1/2 egg, 1/2 pc of bacon

Lunch: At the bowling alley today I ordered fries and ate about 6 of them with ranch dressing

Dinner: About 5 bites of spagetti with meat sauce. Oh and I had a frappacino about 3 pm too. And I'll probably eat some popcorn tonite

It's Friday so I let it slip a little...had subway for lunch, a hard boiled egg for breakfast and still trying to figure out what to make for

dinner tonight. I might just do a quick salad, with left over barbecued steak, hardboiled egg, Tomato, cucumber and chunks of cheddar :)

how are you going on the restart ?

I have got to the stage where i have gone nowhere (actually 5 pounds up) for the past 8 months or so. I am tired of fighting food, so made an appointment to have 0.1 cc removed as I think i might eat the proper foods IF i did not have to fight it. I am browsing the site to see if anybody else is having the same issues ??

Good luck on you restart.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
