I'm new to this and have a few questions I hope someone could help me with. I am 1 week away from meeting with the surgeon and then hopefully scheduling my surgery once insurance approves it (Fingers crossed) BUT I still haven't decided on a surgeon : X. I was wonerding has anyone on here had surgery @ BIDMC and are there any recommendations you could give me? Also, how long did it take to get approved by your insurance company? I have a Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO) through my company.

If you can go a little bit south of BIDMC, try Norwood Caritas hospital, with Dr. Adam Glasgow. He and his entire SWLS group are fabulous! Check out their website at www.massweightloss.com

Thanks for your quick response Sue! I would have checked them out but I already handed over the $500 program fee (Non-Refundable) and have been going through the program for 4 months now Thanks for your advice!
