Finally something that taste goog

Recommended Posts

I just got my secound fill after my band has been empty for almost a year. I have 3cc in it and i'm really tight. no hamburger meat, steak or any food with using roast or hotdogs. I can handle chicken cut up very small and bacon. For the past two days I've lived off lettuce cut up in very small shredds with bacon very small peices and fresh Tomato diced added light miricle whip 3 table spoons. It gives it a juice effect and i get the blt taste which is great. I do the same with chicken. That is what I've had three times a day a cup at each meal. does anyone else have the problem with getting meats down?

If you stay this tight for a week please go back and get a small unfill. This is not the way to live long term, all kinds of financial and physical complications could occur. If I knew last year what I know now, I probably would not have slipped. I was too tight for too long, but I didn't know any better.

Well I'm always like that for 7-10 days after a fill. My surgeon says it's swelling. It always goes away on it's on and I'm able to eat again.

thanks guys! i didnt have to go back for unfill each day im able to get a little more down. Some foods just dont agree with me but everyone has some food that gives them a problem more than another. I could have had something besides the salad like some kind of Soup but i tliked the BLT taste. My band has a mind of its own were when i get a fill i can eat more each week as i lose weight. I'm just disapointed that i havent lost more weight but i guess if it comes off slow less chance to gain it back. good luck to all and thanks for your advise cause belive me if it stayed tight i would go in.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
