How do you get enought water each day

I have been having difficulty with drinking enough Water each day. I will have my first fill in 2 days and am afraid it will get even harder. I was told to sip Water not guzzle, to not drink when eating, or thirty minutes before eating and one hour after eating. How do people get enough water?

I really had problems getting in 64 oz. of water a day in the beginning. It was mainly because following the rules prevented me from drinking close to meals, so by the time I got hungry or was ready for bed there was no time to drink. I quickly adapted and now have a routine. I bring 2 bottles (16.9 oz.) of water with me to work every morning. I drink a Protein shake for Breakfast (can't eat food in the AM) about 7:30AM or 8:00 AM. 30 minutes later I will start on my first bottle of water. By the time I'm ready for lunch it's already gone. Then after lunch (I usually wait an hour and a half) I will have my next bottle of water with Special K Protein water mix. Then I go workout after work. I come home and have another bottle of water. Then fix dinner and eat. After dinner I will have another bottle of water usually mixed with a Hawaiin punch packet. That's 67.6 oz. of water a day. After a fill you may be tight and drinking will be a pain because of the air rising causing burping and gas. You just gotta sip slow.

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
