Anyone have a fantastic experience in the Dallas area??

I'm now looking for a lap band referral for the Dallas area. Anyone have any good experiences......or is there anyone you recommend that I avoid? I have a free initial consultation with True Beginnings in Richardson tomorrow. I'm so nervous.
