introduction - new member from Brampton

Greetings,

I was banded 08 Oct 2010 and have lost 50 lbs to date...but it has not been a smooth journey. I'm looking to connect with other lap band patients to learn how to enhance my progress. I need to lose another 90 - 95 lbs to get to y goal weight, and need all the help and advice I can get.
