One Year After Lap Band Surgery

Its been a year since I had the surgery. Dr. Derek Weiss performed my surgery and it went without a hitch. I lost 35 pounds right off the bat and was delighted. However the weight loss has stopped more or less. I lose 5, gain 5 - I've had 4 fills since January, 2010 and currently only have 5 in the band. I had an Upper GI run this morning to be sure everything was in place and all is good. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced not losing and if so what did you do to correct it. I go to a gym and I walk my dogs everyday so I am active.

Do you track everything you eat? Are you getting enough protein? Water? How intense if your exercise? I have never been at a long stall; the longest was almost 2 weeks and I ate more/upped my exercise and my weightloss hasn't stopped since.

I think you answered my question - I don't eat enough because I am afraid I'll over eat, I do drink liquids, excerise is average-just started with my routine...and I don't track everything I eat but I started doing that today. Do you continue to drink Protein Drinks - at least 1 a day?
