100 lb stall!

I have lost 103 lbs and my body has decided to stall out on the weight loss. It's been 13 days since I've had any weight loss! I'm drinking my water, tracking my calories, and exercising. Has anyone else experience a stall out like this?

Right there with ya, once I hit the hundred wall its been a pain, thinking it just be the time of year and as cold as it is here down South not getting to exercise like I was when I was putting up the big numbers, just waiting on the big Thaw lol. Gratz on the 100 though!!

You are much farther along than I but I just went thru the 51 lbs stall....9 days without a loss for no reason. I got my first fil and I am down 3 lbs since Friday. I dont know why it works like that. Just keep doing what you are doing.... it will happen!

Well I went from an hour of doing 3.5-4 mph on the treadmill to about 40-45 mins on the treadmill but 10-15 mins of that I bumped up to a jog. It worked =) The scale is creeping down again!
