Boot Camp Lbt Style

Recommended Posts

Good morning it's Monday again and I am proud to report that I have lost an additional 2.5 lbs which puts me at 260.5 lbs. I guess that 2nd fill is working. Thank you Jesus!

Amen Sister!!! Now is that added to the 2.5 from the other day? It sounds right but I need you to tell me what your total should be for the "Sarge" to update correctly. Just say"my total weight loss from the start of BOOTCAMP is bla bla bla" & than I can make sure my records are correct!

I think your our most proficent(spl?) solider Girlie--Great JOB!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

Way to go Private Skinner!!!!! HOT DANG !! Great JOB!

Glad to have you aboard Jen. Please read through & check in when ever you would like BUT weight-in s I try & chart Sundays & Mondays or at the latest Tuesdays. I'll be happy to chart your body fat % if you know it & for sure take your measurements. B/c we know the scale often lies.

ON a MAJOR side note- I burned nearly 85% of my body in a tanning booth tuesday. I am out of commision for at least a week or the doctor says 2 weeks for exercise. I am very bummed to say the least. BUt I will continue to do everything else for all of you & hopefully will be back in the swing before the end of our bootcamp. who knows maybe I can have a 10 pd loss the last week & catch up to the rest of you:0)

Hey Sarge, it has been a bad week since I haven't lost anything. Oh the other hand, I didn't gain anything either and that is a good thing. I have been sick and then I twisted my knee so I couldn't exercise. Hopefully, next week will be better.

Thanks for asking Teresa. I have a thread under the lounge area w/photos listed, take a look. Oh & by the way I was a tomatoe for sure- loll lol I am getting better.

Well as you all can imagine I had a very tough week. I did gain 2 full pounds & no it isn't Water weight:0( But I was needing comfort foods & was non-mobile for a full 6 days. Excuse Excuses I know - but this week will be just as tough getting back into the routine. I will start tomorrow with my physical therapy appt & than try the treadmill at night. Wish me luck. By the way I am offically a shedding snake today:0)

Jessiebear- Way to go lady! You are my hero this week & Marebear- Great job on not gaining anything- we were both on sick leave. Now its back to work!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
