I just tried jay robb shakes and they are so good! They have no sugar I think 1 carb and are made with stevia. They actually tasted good and I am so excited that I finally found a brand that I like. Has anyone else tried these???

A Banded friend of mine loves that brand. I have not tried them yet, but want to. I was just thinking earlier today I needed to find a new brand. I'm avoiding my old brands because I'm tired of them. I really need to drink at least one shake a day because that is the only way I even get close to enough Protein.

Where do you get Jay Robb ? Does GNC have that brand?

I tried Jay Robb samples a few weeks ago (got all single packet flavors at Vitamin Shoppe) and surprisingly they were delicious!!!

i shook em up in my Blender Bottle with skim milk and that was all. usually with other flavors (espcially vanilla) i have to mix it with flavor (like flavored syrups, coffee, fruit, etc) but with Jay Robb i add nothing. I can only imagine that it will taste even better with additives

this will be the brand i'm sticking to

if you check out youtube, he has a few videos where he shows you how to make a few different shakes

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
