Clear liquid stage and Isopure question

Hi all,

I am getting banded this Tuesday YAY! My Dr said that I will only be on clear liquids for 4 days......does this seem a little short to anyone? I was expecting atleast at week or more.

Also, he wants me starting right out with Isopure protein water. I went to GNC today and all they had was grape frost-has anyone had this flavor before? I also need some other good flavors to buy when I go back-any suggestions?

Thanks!

I had clear liquids 2 days only, every doctor seems to have different rules. Of course the first day you dont even care if you had absolutely nothing, by 24 hours later on the second morning, I was starving hungry! But it was easily quelled with drinking - clear liquids for me meant Water, apple juice, coffee and tea and broth. A hot drink fixed everything, as it always does, lol.

Today I started free liquids - anything that will go up a straw and boy that feels different. I got a definite feeling that I'd had enough, before I had any pain. And any sign of hunger has entirely disappeared.
