Medication issue

Does anyone here take the insulin resistant medication Metformin(glucophage). This is rather large time released tablet, I am wondering if this is an issue to anyone here and how do you take it. I am scheduled for my 1st fill on the 28th, and so far it has not been a problem taking this medication, but I am wondering if it will be after a fill.
