I added an additonal day of cardio and have been tracking all of my food, looks like I'm finally getting the scale to move in the the right direction.

Lost 1.8. Pretty good considering I was traveling this weekend and at a wedding. Ate more food Saturday than in the last month combined. LOL

Good Luck all!

I added you on line 77. It was a blank line there because I messed it up a couple of weeks ago:( but anyways I didn't know to you need to click on your number hit the tab button and even though the other person info under yours is highlighted it will change only your info. I hope I didn't confuse you. I didn't know your starting weight for this challenge I used your starting weight from your profile minus how many pounds you lost on your ticker. Go in and make adjustments.

Thanks for your help.

I was on the spreadsheet last week but am gone this week.

That's ok though-- I haven't lost this week so I'm still 12lbs away from goal.

Well, the scale finally moved for me, and I lost 1.4 lbs this week, which I'll gladly take because Aunt Flo is moving in for the week any day now. I sort of cut down on the weight training and went for more cardio. I also joined a volleyball league! :D

I've pretty much accepted that I won't see 210 by Halloween, but I'm still going to try to get as close as I can. I just want to see the two-teens next week if I can. One step at a time, one day at a time, one week at a time, right? :)

You are so right, One step at a time, one day at a time, one week at a time, we all have to live by this. I gained 1lb. One day I will make Goal not given up.

I added you back to the spreadsheet and added 10 new lines for anyone else who wants to be added.

Well, I finally made it to 319 on Thursday and I was so happy but I am still 319 on this morning. I guess I got to happy and didn't work out on Friday:( I tried to go to the gym yesterday to make the scale move so I can have a 3 pound loss for the week but nope just 2.6. My goal for the week was 2.5 I think so it's okay. Good luck everybody this week! Goal for this week is 3.:puke:

Love doing this. Keeps me accountable between doctor visits. Had an unfill, so am a little worried. Who is setting up the Thanksgiving challenge? That spread sheet is beyond my abilities on computer...LOL

Seems like I keep holding steady at the 1 - 1.5 lbs per week. This week was 1.6 although the scale at one point gave me a bigger number (I weigh myself like four times) I settled on one that was more conservative.

I keep trying to figure out how to get it to really move so that I can see 210 by Halloween. We're talking 3 lbs/week plus!

Let me know if someone is starting a Turkey Day challenge. I definitely want in. :puke:

Yay, my scale finally moved!

-3 this week, so I'm a little under halfway there. Doesn't look like I'm going to make it to my goal, but any loss is excellent.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
