I lost 1lb for the week, not crazy about it but I did get my 2nd fill yesterday and am hoping that will help me lose a few more this week.

Congrats girl! :yesnod: As for me, I squeezed out 1 lb. That's it. I'm so annoyed with myself right now.

I got a fill on Friday because my band was pretty loose. I've been working out a lot more than I was and it's like my body is holding onto everything. It's starting to tick me off. I'll never see my Halloween challenge if this keeps up.

Today more Protein and hopefully I can get the scale to move this week. Ugh. (Having a cranky day because of it)

BOOOOOOOOOO! I stayed the same this week  Not sure how since I did pretty good on my diet and actually started exercising more this past week than I have so far since banded. Oh well, new week starts today! I will kick it in gear again and hopefully see some results next Monday :yesnod:

I have been gaining and losing the same 2 lbs. for a couple weeks now. I got a fill on Thursday, but I can't tell any difference yet. I hope it is just a delayed reaction, LOL. I have only 1 more lb. to meet my Halloween goal of 5.5, so I think I will up it 3 lbs. more to make it 8.5 lbs total.

Well, bummer only 1lb for the week!! I wanted a 2.5 loss. I guess with 4 last week it would have been pretty hard to pull off 2.5 unless I changed something and I didn't. I kept my calories the same and workout routine. I am going to add 3 extra workouts this week and see what happens!:)

I added you on line 77. It was a blank line there because I messed it up a couple of weeks ago:( but anyways I didn't know to you need to click on your number hit the tab button and even though the other person info under yours is highlighted it will change only your info. I hope I didn't confuse you. I didn't know your starting weight for this challenge I used your starting weight from your profile minus how many pounds you lost on your ticker. Go in and make adjustments.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
