Just poking my head in

I haven't really posted in here, but my 1 year bandiversary is coming up and I am sooo excited. I am down from May 1st of last year at 339 and had surgery by Dr. George Fielding on July 31st of 2009. Currently I am at 218lbs and hope to be about 209 when I see George on July 29th for my annual visit. This most recent band fill I had by his wife has been the most challenging for me. It's soo tight, but the pounds I've lost help me work through it.

I have found alot of great info on this site even though I dont post much.

If anyone has any questions please do not hesitate to contact me via my email which is my user name here at yahoo.com.

Have a good one!!!!!
