Ok dinner last night ended up being:

Small baked potato with SC and Butter

and 4 cubes of chicken...damn i miss chicken! but not at much as BREAD!!!!! im a southern gal and i love me some bread!:hungry:

Friday:

Bfast: Equate Choc Protien

S: Broc Cauliflower

L: Sacred heart Soup

S:yogurt

D: dont know yet

Water Water everywhere!:clap2:

Oh Christy that's what I want....bread.....I have little restriction but yet bread still gets hung up. There was an article in the post last week about the best steak and cheese in town and that is what I want but I don't want to hurt my feelings and not be able to eat the bread.....maybe if I eat it reallllllllll slowwwwwwwwwww. LOL

B: scrambled egg w/cheese and turkey sausage

D: subway sandwich and 3 Cookies

B: sausage, egg & cheese on crossiant

L: rotisserie chicken leg & hard boiled egg

D: 4-way sampler & salad bar (shared @ruby tuesday)

B: 1 egg with 2 small peice od watermelon

L: chicken thigh a slice of honey dew

D: Chicken thigh 2 tbls rice and honey dew melon

I think I may have restriction now...2.1 in my 4 cc (I'm stuffed!)

How are you eating peanuts? I was told I could not have any nuts.

S. Unjury Protein drink with banana

L. 1/4 c taco meat w/2% cheese

S. 1/4 c taco meat, applesauce

D. 3 oz broiled chicken marinated in Chiptole sauce, 1/8 c tomato/onion salad

S. Fat Free pudding

crystal light & Decaf iced tea

What about exercise?

      Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
