Need a good protien shake to keep me full.

The Best tasting protien shakes I have found are Called Muscle Milk. There are a variety of flavors that are all amazing. You can get them at GNC or online:) They are my Fav!

Atkins Advantage shakes are tasty and have high Protein count. Walmart has them or Sam's carries them by the case. I prefer vanilla in most things and I want it really cold.

I've tried muscle milk light and it is good. I just got 5 containers of the Unjury for my post op liquid diet. I ordered the samples and like them. And it ends up being cheaper than the muscle milk. You can order it online and you can order sample packets for $1.75 then you can try it before buying a big container! I bought the canation also and it dosen't keep me full...the mm and the unjury both did.

I use the premier Protein shakes from costco and the Protein Shakes from Traders Joes (pre-canned)

both are tasty, high Protein and 110-150 calories

another i would suggest altho not breakfast is the Isopure zero carb 40g protein - it comes in several flavors availble at Vitamin shoppe, GNC and online

I have been doing carnation sugar free shakes now for 2 wks for breakfast and they don't keep me full long at at. Anyone know of good tasting shakes that work longer?

I love muscle milk light and I add blueberries, strawberries or bananas.

I like the chocolate unjury the best with 2% milk. Mix in 2 Tbsp of Benefiber also helps to control hunger since it adds Fiber to the drink. I have one every morning and usually don't get hungry until around 2pm.

10 oz milk with 1 scoop of Unjury = 30 grams Protein.

Yeah I have tried the muscle milk I found it near my job at a gas station on my way to work one morning. It wasn't too bad, but it did keep me full for a while. If I can remember those have a lot of sugar in them too. I have Atkins at home and haven't opened them yet I will try one tomorrow. I do wanna try the ujury where do I buy this?

I get mine at a local Kroger's - although not all carry it. I have also ordered it from the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury website. www.unjury.com. Shipping is fast and the price was the same as in Kroger's.

I like the Slim Fast Low Carb, but they've been taken off the shelf for right now. Hopefully, they bring them back...sometimes all I want is something to drink rather than eat.

Banded 10/9/09;

1st fill: 12/7/09

2nd fill: 1/19/10

Total 6.5 fill in 11.00 band

So far the Unjury is my favorite, not too high in sugar and enough protien to hold me.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
