2 weeks until my bandiversary and 1 month until my 40th birthday. Down 93lbs and I haven't felt or looked this good ever! Feeling fabulous!

I was a little bummed that I did not lose any weight these past two even though I am at the gym 6 days a week and staying under 1200 calories. I have 6.5cc in my band and I am still getting a litte hungry but I will keep pushing!!

Well, after 2 1/2 weeks of stomach pain, still no answers. Had barium swallow done band ok, had ultra sound to check gallbladder, nothing. Next up hydra scan....... Just want to go back to normal, anyone else had these issues?

I spent the better part of 3 days this week, helping my grandma. You see I bought her a desktop computer for xmas. That is scary as it is, because I have just become Donna Hicks personal text support. So I spent one full day and a tank of gas to find her a new desk. Then ordered internet svc. The only thing that we needed someone else to do was get the desk from store and put it in the house and take the old one out.That was 2 days ago!!! I can't. Did everyone have to go 2 weeks on liquids after surgery?? I am on day 10 and would love anything other than a protein shake!!

Listening to Duke Children's Radiothon on Mix 101.5. What a wonderful center. My God Daugther spent most of her life there and they were so good to her and the family. Now my nephew will go there next week and will be there for a month due to a major birth defect in his back. Thank God Duke Children's is here!

Its been over 2 years since I got banded and I hate to say that I weigh 7 lbs more than when I had my surgery. It has not been very good for me. Apparently I had 8 cc when they removed fluid last fall. Two weeks ago I went back to NWWLS and had fluid put back in for a total of 5 1/2 cc. This is much better but I don't feel lot of restriction. I have lost 5 lbs so it is working but I just wish I could get it back to the way it was for the first 6 months post surgery. Going back and f...

Well its been 3 years since being banded!!!! and i WEIGH 123pounds!!!!!! I run more than ever! jut comepleted a triathlon, and running a marathon in 3 week and an ultr marathon the lat week of october!!! i feel great!!!

Last week I committed to go back on my original diet and excercise plan... 7 days later down 14lbs and finally feel like I'm utilizing this darn band the right way. Only took 2 yrs.

I must say this has been a great week for me. I really didnt do much exercise this week because i have been doing overtime at my job but i realized i am now offically in onderland. I am now 197lbs ya ya.

2 years out, since I got my groovy band accessory... (I tell my grandkids that its a cool accessory,so that I don't freak them out too bad). I had lost 50 lbs.. gained about 10 lbs back... After a pep talk by another surgeon and my fill nurse, I'm back with the program and have lost about 4 lbs. in about 2 weeks.
