can anyone help? I am 7 weeks out and my weight loss has stopped. It's been almost 3 weeks that I haven't lost. Is this normal? also, my appetite is coming back, and I can, but don't eat more. I'm afraid if I'm having a down day I will eat the wrong things. Lots of ppl I've followed has lost 100lbs or close to it. What am I doing wrong? If anyone can shed some light on this, I would greatly appreciate it......
