I'm starting to keep a food journal to find out exactly how many calories I'm taking in. I think my body is in starvation mode seeing I'm not losing weight but I am losing inches. I mean come on 1 turkey meatball 3 times a day is not much but we'll see

Gained half a pound this week. Really need to get back on track. I did walk 14.5 miles total this week, so maybe I am building muscle. But I do need to make healthier food choices

I am totally beside myself!! I logged all my food yesterday -- everything! I kept it pretty much the same as I eat every day and I was shocked to find out it came out to barely 1,000 calories. I guess I really don't eat as much as it seemed... I had to add in some food to bump it up just a bit since I workout a lot. It came out to 1,100... LOL

Pain is no problem, food is no problem. Unfortunately, I've gotten a bug, so, rather than the constipation I was expecting, I'm battling diarrhea. It's better; at least it's no longer continuous. The other problem is terrible leg cramps. We're trying to determine if it's lack of calcium, salt, or something entirely different...

Hey I'm back. This month is keeping me busy, sorry I haven't been on here much. I've been cooking and baking. Yes, I have been good too. I weighted myself at my parents house on the 14th and I'm down another 4 pounds. I love this sleeve. Keeping myself busy. Trying not to even think of food and for me thats hard especially at this time of year. I made some of Shelly's fudge, mmmmmmmm those things are wonderful. Sweet but wonderful. I've always been told how important food journals are, I never bothered honestly until NOW.. Web md had the greatest food and excercise tracker. It is very EZ to track both.. I give it a thumbs up~~~~

Had a great 1 month check-up. I am onto phase 3 foods! BP was good. Doc was happy with my 45+lb weight loss. Back in 1 month for a possible fill.

Post-op day 6. Less bloated. Still no desire for food. Still some shoulder and back discomfort. Incisions look great. Struggling to get in enough fluid and protein. After gaining 2 pounds post-op and retaining it for days, the scale has dropped 6 pounds.

I think I have replaced food with shopping...thank goodness for my new love of consignment stores.......

Well I'm learning what I can and most importantly, CANNOT eat and to follow the sm. bites n take ur time instructions...the food being "stuck" is no bueno! I am down 2 more lbs!!!!

Started a food diary on myfitnesspal. It's like weight watchers but FREE! Once I get a calorie count from the doctor's office, I'm in business!
