  2. mine is doing that from the strips they put on. i just been using anti itch stuff
  3. i get hiccups and sneezes if i eat to fast or something spicy
  4. i had sharp pains too. i was told they were spasms. i haven't had any since the first week though
  5. my port is right above my belly button
  6. i think the only way they can do it is general anesthesia and my post op restrictions are no lifting more then 30 lbs for 3 months. i had laperscopy 5 incisions

  9. Two and a half weeks post op starting to want to eat a little more now. I think chew is really it. Start pureed this weekend. Down 12 lbs since surgery.

  11. call your insurance company on your own and be pushing. my was mailed in at first and was told 3 weeks. i waited a week and called the insurance company UHC and they said to fax it. Then it was approved like the next couple of days.
  12. get your gas strips drink plenty of water and water you will be fine. i was scared to go under but i woke up and just some pressure from the gas and hardly any pain.
  13. i had hardly any pain just soreness. after the first week i was able to push down on it and feel it without no pain
  14. same here had no appetite either and i am two weeks post op. i eat my six little items a day like i am suppose to but still not hungrey yet. i guess that is to our avantage

  17. so you can't feel it by pushing on that area of the abdomen. what is that hard thing under my left side ribs.
  18. no not visible. But it is just under the skin. All it feels like is a hard bump under your skin. You can feel the shape of it completly. i just find it weird i can feel the band itself
  19. Can anyone else feel there band. I notice after i have my liquids i can feel my band get tighter. Plus i can actually feel it through my stomach. It gets hard there like a baby's butt pushing when your pregnant. Is this normal. It doesn't hurt just feel pressure. It's kinda cool actually. And i can feel my port now. I still have cushin now what is it going to be like when i do get skinny.

  21. congrads i hope i am that lucky on got 2 weeks down next week start my pureeds where you affraid to start eating regular food again that is were i am at. Totally satisfied with my liquids worried about solids
