When will I need smaller clothes?
It all depends on your body shape and exercise. I've lost about 45lbs and I'm down 2 pants sizes (well I was a very large 22, now I'm a normal 18), and 2 shirt sizes (I had a large 18-20, now I fit good in 14/16) I wore my big clothes till about last week, I wore some yesterday and I looked ridiculous LOL. Pants I've had to get new ones, shirts.. I've pretty much kept the same, they don't fall off like pants do.

Is a binge normal?
It happens, but you gotta realize why you are eating, you got to pay attention to what goes in your mouth. Also for me, if I look at the calories I usually don't want it anymore. If someone told you that candy bar had 300 calories and the eclair also had 300 would of of eaten it? That's half a days worth of calories for a bandster.

Why Don't the Nerve Endings (In The Pouch Area) Control Head Hunger More?
Head hunger isn't physical hunger. It's just me wanting food because I'm used to eating it, or if I want ice cream, I just want it, it's not because I'm hungry. With my band, i'm never hungry, like my stomach pretty much feels the same all day (I could probably go all day without eating if I had to). Which helps a little bit, it's harder for me to cheat when I have no hunger. I still enjoy the social aspect of food, that is what is hard to get over.

BEVERAGES
Honestly, I only drink water! Occasionally when I'm out I'll have a decaf coffee or something.. (a tall decaf light frapp at starbucks, only has 100 calories, good for an occasional treat) I don't care for crystal light or sugar free drinks.

How much weight have you lost? I am tired of this question!
I don't mind.. I still feel a little weird answering.. Not sure why, just self conscious I guess.

Filling Foods
Solid protein like chicken breast, meatballs, turkey or even eggs..etc that is always the first thing I eat at every meal. Also oatmeal fills me up really good

Flying in a week
That's a rumor... I flew this weekend, felt fine. I even ate on the plane. I felt a little weird going, but I don't think it was band related. Or if anything... just don't eat on the plane.

No one told me....

What is your goal weight?
My goal weight is 175... I know it needs to be about 155 to be healthy. But honestly, I have to see myself at 175! I don't remember the last time I was 175! It's always been my "goal weight" for years. So I want to hit that first. I will likely go a little lower, but I'm really tall i'm 5'7", so I don't feel the need to be really really skinny. I'm more focused on the clothes I wear too. i wanna wear normal clothes at normal stores COMFORTABLY not the largest size they sell, so I can buy anything I want

Regrets
Well, I wish I had done it sooner... But, I also *slightly* think maybe I didn't need it. It's been a much needed kick in the pants, and helps me stay on track, but I think I thought it was going to do something different. Maybe do more of the work for me? It's great it controls my hunger.. but I figured It would do more of the work.. haha I'm lazy. But overall I'm happy so far, and I have no problems.

Am I going to gain weight??
You tend to gain a little bit, or not lose when you transition back into solids. It evens out after about 5 or 6 weeks. I kept all the liquid weight off personally. I maybe gained one pound, or didn't lose a pound for a week or two. Follow your diet! Can you have chicken 15 days out? It's not soft food. Unless it's ground. You just don't get that full... full is different now. It's not stuffed full. Fill or not. You just want to be satisfied and not hungry. It's not thanksgiving full. I eat less food, but I don't eat like 1/4 cup of food... Just watch your calories and you should be fine. Pay attention to your body!

How Many Calories/Carbs?? HELP!!
I'm losing 1-2.5lbs a week. I don't track my carbs.. but I am eating a lot. I eat around 1200 calories a day. I started trying lower carb today to see if that makes me lose a bit faster.

Some Mush Ideas Please
Chili! I didn't have to blend it.. but you can if you want. Oatmeal is great! and you can flavor it so many different ways. Chicken salad, egg, salad, tuna salad are all good too. For me, I liked things that were "meal like" I didn't like eating mashed potatoes or beans as a meal.

Unrealistic goals
I think it's doable... I was banded 3 months ago and I've already lost 42lbs Though, if you only need to lose 65lbs, it might take longer since you are skinnier than me!
-
Silly Question...

Weight Loss During First 4 Weeks
Yea, 1000-1200 calories, and don't worry about it just yet, I think I started to get normal weight loss after about 6 weeks. Remember, you are looking for about 1-2lbs a week that is normal. You lost 1 pound each week! I lose on average 1-2.5lbs a week, depending how strict i am.
