    Now Im having second thoughts about the surgery!!! I'm scared to call in and give the membership information now. I think I'm going crazy
     
    I'll talk more about it on tmrw. Thinking about just having breast reduction surgery.
     
    I can't seem to get it together.

  2. Well no card yet I called UHC to see what the problem was and she said that my HR dept hadnt ordered the new cards yet!!! :phanvan And that I was to call in the make the order. So after saying some kind words to her I reordered the cards which should be here with in 10 days.:phanvan
     
    She went ahead and gave me the membership card information to give to my lap band doctor. She said I would have to pay 1500 out of pocket she said that the doctor would have to send a letter of predtermination to them via fax or mail. :nervous She said it would take 30 to 45 days for approval???
     
    I called the doctor office left a message for the insurance guy and now I'm thinking about changing doctors.:straight :straight I found out two of the staff members left the office. And for some reason that didnt sit well with me.
     
    Everytime I call the insurance guy he never answers :paranoid :paranoid
     
    so now I have made a new appt with a Dr. Jaysaleen *I spelled his name wrong* but his staff seems to have alot of knowledge and are always there to anwer the phone.
     
    Maybe I'm being to picky but I want to know that someone will be there to answer the phone when I call. :nervous

    ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND STILL NO INSURANCE CARD I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THE ONLY THING THEY COULD DO WAS RESEND ANOTHER SET OF CARDS TO ME. :faint:

    Getting ready to get another promotion 12/20/06 I'm nervous:o
     
    I accepted my calling into the ministry I laugh and Cry at that:) :D
     
    I have gained some new friends on here and I will always remember them

    MY BELIEFS & I PRAY THAT NOTHING I SAID OFFENDS ANYONE! IF ANYTHING I PRAY THAT SOMEONE IS ENCOURAGED & THAT GOD QUICKENS YOUR HEART TO FIND HIM AND ACCEPT THE PLAN OF SALVATION, SO THEY MAY BE SAVED.

    A LOT OF TIMES WE FEEL LIKE WE WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MOMENT TO DO SOMETHING!OR EITHER WE PUT IT OFF UNTIL WE HAVE NO CHOICE TO DO WHAT WE WERE SUPPOSE TO DO!
     
    I LEARNED THAT ISAIAH TRIED TO PUT OFF WHAT GOD TOLD HIM TO DO. *BY USING EXCUSES* IN ISAIAH CHP 6 VERSE 1-8 ISAIAH FELT UNWORTHY TO DO WHAT GOD TOLD HIM. THE LORD HAD TO SHOW HE IN A VISION THAT HE WAS WORTHY OF THE WORK HE WAS ASSIGNED.
    AN ANGEL CAME AND TOUCHED HIS LIPS BECAUSE HE WAS A MAN OF SINFUL LIPS! THE ANGEL TOUCHED THEM AN HE CAME PURGED OF HIS SIN & CLEAN OF HIS INIQUITY.
    WE OFTEN DONT DO WHAT WE ARE TOLD BECAUSE WE LET SMALL THINGS TRIP US UP! *OUR WEIGHT*
    I HAVE DECIDED TO START DOING WHAT I PLANNED ON DOING AFTER I LOST THE WEIGHT!
    TOMRROW IS NOT PROMISED TO ANY OF US! WELL ACTUALLY THE NEXT HOUR ISNT PROMISED IF YOU ASKED ME!!

    I ACCEPTED MY CALL INTO THE MINISTRY ON SUNDAY! I HAVE REALLY BEEN LISTENING TO THE LORD AND ABIDING IN HIM TOTALLY! I FEEL SO BRAND NEW AND I THANK GOD FOR THE CHANCE TO PREACH HIS WORD. I WANT TO THANK THIS PLACE FOR ALL THE SUPPORT I HAVE RECEIVED. AS FAR AS MY WEIGHT IS CONCERNED IM DOING GOOD ON THE "EATING BETTER DIET" NO EXCERSIE OTHER THAN WALKING AND MY SIZE 20'S ARE BECOMING LOOSE!! SO I GUESS IM DOING GOOD.

    YES I Thick chick texas am having a moment!
    I dont allow myself to drown in my moments so let me get this out quickly!!
    Not feeling real good about myself today I know that I'm not as far gone with my weight as others. But I what I carry is very very heavy for me, I woke up and I felt disgusted with myself, I've been sticking to my eating right plan but I dont see anything happening!
    I ate mini corn dogs and boiled chicken legs all day yesterday not sured if that is bad???
    I have completly sworn off pants because of the way my thighs rub together eveything from my knees down is small but the knees up I look like a goodyear blimp! *my opinion* So now I wear skirts it hides my thighs and my kness and some of my flap from being pregnant.

  10. My son's asthma started acting up again on Monday he has asthma attack on Tuesday! 160.00 on med's Texas Weather is trying to smother my baby.
     
    The soldier that I adopted early this year made it home SAFE and SOUND *well I hope so*
     
    He and his family are staying here at the hotel for the week his baby is so beautiful.
    He said something that struck me he said the people in Iraq dont want us there! and that he was told that they would be better off if the soliders left! WOW I didn't know what to say after that I'm happy he dosent have to go back.
     
    He said that they lost over 100 soilders last month
     
    I'm to scared to get on the scale to see if I have lost any weight so afraid the scale wont move down!!!! well enough for now

    With this change of FOOD intake I now have something that looks like checkbones!! I'm so amazed!!

    hot & sour soup with orange chicken???? (hope its not cat)

    THANKSGIVING FOOD
    I went a Thanksgiving without eating turkey!
     
    I went a Thanksgiving without eating pumpkin pie or sweet potatoe pie!
     
    I did not drink any sodas havent had any since 11-10-06!!
     
    I ate out of paper cups I filled the cup half way up with veggie dressing
     
    Then half a cup of turnip greens
     
    Then my brother made my a fat free banana pudding!! I ate 2 servings of that!!!!
     
    popcorn for dinner and 2 bottles of water that day!
     
    Laying in the bed this is what my body said to me
    My mind says EAT its been 45mins!
    My fat tummy says you are really not that hungry DRINK water!!
    My thighs says you should RUN from the table!!
    My butts says you should be spanked for even thinking about food!
    My heart says a change is coming!! hang in there Tia

    Since I have to wait January 2007 to have my surgery
    I'm challenging myself to lose 10 pounds by then

    I started off on Wednesday eating tuna salad & wheat thins
    No more fried anything and no sodas diet or regular.
    No bread !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Im doing well so far slipped and had diet coke **temptation**

    Oh yeah I'm goin to began to exercise also.

    I'm still waiting for my doctor's office to fax me the medical supervised diet thing that didnt work. WHY WHY WHY is it taking so long to get this paper work!!!
     
    I'm getting so overworked about his whole thing I want it so bad!!!

    AFTER I TALKED TO ANGIE AND LAURA THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR UHC *YES I CALLED TWICE*
    I FOUND OUT THAT MY COMPANY HAS WLS INCLUDED AND UHC WILL COVER IT UP TO 80% I WILL PAY ABOUT 2200 OUT OF POCKET I WILL HAVE TO GET A IN NETWORK PROVIDER.. ALREADY GOT HIM
    ALL THAT IS REQUIRED IS A BMI OF 40% AND A LETTER FROM DR. R.

    THAT HEADACHE THAT ATENA TRIED TO GAVE ME IS GONE

    I TOLD SCOTT THAT HIM AND I HAVE A DATE 1-3-07 AND I WILL NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. HE LAUGHED AND SAID OK, HE ALSO SAID HE WAS IMPRESSED WITH MY ABILITY TO HANG IN THERE AND GET WHAT I WANT.
     
    I FEEL GOOD ALL OVER AT THIS MOMENT.
     
    AETNA IS THE BULLY OF THE SCHOOL OF INSURANCE THEY DONT BELIEVE IN GIVING JUSTICE TO ALL OF US THAT NEED IT

    I was an hour late I got lost I couldnt find my way out of a one way bldg!!
     
    Met with Dr. Rivas he was AWESOME!! His whole attitude was great! He gave me helpful information and he said I would be a perfect canidate for the surgery! I met with the diet lady she was cool she gave me a diet plan for pre-op and post-op and get this I dont have to do a strict pre-op diet. I met with the insurance lady she started off being mean but I killed her with kindness and she came to herself. I met the nurse she was so kind and soft spoken, she said she would be with me step by step. I left the office floating I cant even describe the feeling that came over me.

    Got a call from Scott the finance guy and he said I need to get more history from the pcp and ob-gyn.????? I left there thinking I had it all together and no one said anything about additional information. I got very upset that I didnt have it together, I didnt want to wait any longer for approval but I guess I have to.

    So far I have emailed the lady for more history at the OB. office now I have to call my doctor for my 8months trail diet crap! Not sure why that wasnt sent over from her with the referral?? I'm thinking maybe I should wait until Jan to get the surgery United Healtcare wont send me through all of this mess I hope not!!

    I spent most of my day laughing at emails from my sister she is so funny, I dont know what I would do without her. She has been a inspiration to me she is the baby of 7 and she is so pretty she has a body like Serrina Williams *not sure what happened to me* But I love her!!
     
    She has been taking me and the kids back and forth to daycare and work!!! She is my HERO I love her :kiss2: :kiss2:
     
    I wish I could tell her that I want this Lap band. I guess Im just scared she wont understand why. She's 24 no kids no boyfriend just a free spirit

    Well if you have a sister show her you love her today by a simple hug or kiss or a phone conversation. :scared:

  23. Yesterday was my church's - Church Anniversary 114 years!!! :clap2: I've only been apart of the church for about 5 years now. In that 5 years I gained a best friend *Pastor's wife Karla M. Thomas* she passed in June of this year at 41 she left behind 4 awesome kids and 1 bad to tha bone grandson.
     
    Her daughter Tick Tick got angry and didnt talk to me for 2 1/2 months :phanvan
     
    But yesterday something happend she hugged me said she was sorry and she thanked me for loving her when she didnt want me to. She 17 years old her mom is gone she is the only girl. I look at her like she is my own, I can't even explain the many emotions that I felt when I held her and she said she loved me. :think
     
     
    This makes me want to rush this Lap band thing even more I need to have more energy to help her and give her attention and time. :scared:
     
     
    I guess I said all of this to say LOVE and SHOW LOVE to your loved ones!
     
    If you were to leave this earth today, would you have someone to show love and care for what you have left?
     
    TELL SOMEONE YOU LOVE THEM,
    DEVELOP A RELATIONSIP WITH YOUR KIDS, TELL THEM YOU LOVE THEM ALTHOUGH they can disobey us we have to embrace them daily!!!
     
    I never thought my bestfriend would have left me with such a task!

    ground meat with tomato sauce steamed carrots & broccoli I had a small bowl of soup clam chowder. half cup of orange soda
     
    Was offered 1:45pm APPLE PIE w/ water from my BOSS!!!!!
