I have looked into, researched and prayed about this for many years. This fall I decided to do something for myself...I am a wife, a mother of 2 active boys, and I work outside of the home full time in a very demanding job, all of this leaves me with very little time to do things for me!! I have tried every diet out there (WW, Medifast, Optifast, JC, Nutri-System) and I would lose weight and put it all back on plus some extra. Enough is enough, I want to WIN this war on weight that I have fought for the past 25 years once an for all I need help!!
