Hi my name is DeShae Chavis I am 25 years old 5 feet 5 inches tall and I wear a total of 315lbs. I 've always been over weight for most of my entire life. But I am now fed up with my weight cause I would like to go out and have fun with my four jids but i'm not able to do that because im very overweight. All else I can say is help and what are the qualifications of getting my HMO to pay for the lap band surgery.
