  1. I'm three days out of surgery and very few complications, except one big one. My shoulder is driving me crazy. I walk around as suggested, try a little pillow rocking, all that, and nothing. During the day I'm taking Tylenol since I don't want to be groggy all the time, but look forward to the end of the day when the hydro carries me away on the wings of loopy dreams. But I want to figure out some sort of relief besides drugs. Any suggestions?
  2. Had my surgery on the 15th and am recouping. Surgery went well. I'm struggling a tad with recovery because of shoulder pain. Looking forward to full recovery and a new life.
