Still fill big?
Definitely, I feel the same way at times.. I also started in a 22, and now am in a 12/14... I have not seen a size 12 since high school! But, yet still look in the mirror sometimes, and feel like I have accomplished nothing... It is definitely all mental. It is just a process to work through.

Reverse Abdominoplasty
I have the flab ABOVE my belly button, and pulling the skin down, doesn't touch that part. I was looking online and read something about the reverse abdominoplasty, where they pull it up, towards your breasts... There were few and far between articles on it, it said it was a fairly UNCOMMON procedure.. I am curious to know if anyone has had this, and how everthing went, results, etc... Please, and Thanks!

The Seller on ebay with MUSCLE MILK LIGHT $5.99 a JUG is back !
I clicked on the link, and the chocolate peanut butter one I looked at has an expiration date of 3/11. Don't know about protein powders and their quality after expiration, you may want to look into that if you are interested in buying it... It 's a great offer though!

Diverticulitis
Anybody seem to have problems with diverticulitis? I have not been diagnosed, but I think thats what the problem may be. I have pains on my left side, most of the time after I eat. It was really bad after my obsession with popcorn, on a daily basis. Lol.. I read that the intestines flare up when u eat something thats difficult to digest. Anyone have it? Any pointers on prevention?

Onederland is here to stay...??
I reached onederland in the beginning of November, only to have the 2's creep back up, where I have hovered between 200-203 for the past few months... Very frustrating, but I am on day 3 of the 5 day pouch test to give my system a reeboot.. I have lost 4 pounds, and am at 196.8.. Hopefully I broke through that awful 3 pound barrier for good....

What a difference a year makes
These pictures were taken a year or so apart, in the pink shirt, was when I decided to go through the 6 month pre surgical, at 280 pounds. The one wearing the glasses was this past August 2010. At 210ish... What a difference a year makes!

Port Replacement Surgery
I have not had replacement surgery, but... I have had 3 fills, the first two went off without a hitch, and the third... He had a harder time getting into my port, and he mentioned that there was not the liquid stated in the previous fill. Something I am supposed to monitor, and next time, if there's not 3.5 cc, then I may have a possible leak. So I wonder if my port is starting to flip, and a possible leak?

Completely normal?
I have been banded since March 17, 2010, with 3 fills under my belt....The first two, they found the port immediately, this last one, they had trouble finding the side where they stick the needle in. Is that normal for it to change positions like that after weight loss and such?

March bandsters!!!
Banded March 17, since my pre op diet 2 weeks before surgery, I am down 30 pounds. I have my first fill appt on Monday. Since I started the whole program, I am down 50. I was 280 last summer, and in a 22. I am now in a 16 or 18 depending on the pants. I am now fitting into some pants that I haven't worn in like 3 years!

So THIS is what it feels like!!
As I am sitting here, reading all the threads, I was eating one of those new Subway Egg white sandwich thingies, and I believe I have a stuck feeling for the first time... I ate it way too fast, cuz I wasn't paying attention, and I feel like it is just stuck in my esophagus!! I don't dare take a drink of anything, cuz I know the results of that.... Let time heal...lol

It finally happened... good-bye, breads and pasta!
I have yet to try that, but I will be. I also have seen that some people do "Caulirice". Which is cooked cauliflower chopped up like rice, and seasoned how you would regular rice. Or I have also seen Zuchinni julienned up like pasta.... Creativity is key!
