What a difference a year makes

These pictures were taken a year or so apart, in the pink shirt, was when I decided to go through the 6 month pre surgical, at 280 pounds. The one wearing the glasses was this past August 2010. At 210ish... What a difference a year makes!:smile:

    HOLY MOLY! Way to go! I am only 1 month post-op, but beginning to notice subtle differences in how I feel, and how my clothes are fitting. This is so motivating. Thank you so much for posting.
