    It gets SO exciting...Today I actually hit the 220's...Goodbye 250's,240's and 230's...What a GREAT feeling! This message board makes it much easier-especially knowing we're all in this together! I was frustrated with how "slow" the weight loss is, but I haven't been this weight in YEARS...I'm never going to whine again :confused:
