    Today is day 3 on the pre/post opt diet. And I plan on continuing until my 3rd fill on 3/20.

    On 3/6/07 I started the Pre/Post diet to jump start my weight loss again. I am sick of these 13 or so pounds lingering around. So today is day two and I only had my Nectar shake for breakfast. I also took a Lipo6 so I am not hungry even at 6:48 (cst). I go for my 3rd fill on 3/20 and I really hope Dr. T will give it to me. The last time he said I didn't need one :confused_smile:! Well I know I need to drink another shake or have some broth.

    Well hellooo!!!

    Well I've decided to check in since it has been a while. Well I'm about to wrap up the fall semester at school(THANK YOU JESUS!!) Now I can focus on my exercise. I do have somewhat of a trainer...I've been stuck at 183 for three months. I am vowing to be at my goal by January 11th. I go for my third fill on 12/19 (WOOHOO!). I can basically eat anything!! But I during the week I don't eat any solid food, and I have my protein shake (sugarfree choc syrup, sugarfree Blue Bell Great Divide, peanut butter, ice, and choc protein powder). It's my wanna be Reese's Peanut Butter cup shake. I do need to get more water in, I try to work out during the week, but it has been hard with work and school full time. Well I fell out because my sugar level was extremely low and I have been "trying" to eat more, but during the week I refuse too. I know that it is not healthy, but I will not gain back the weight I lost!!! NOT AT ALL!! Anyway I am suppose to be studying for a final exam in the morning. but this site helps me get motivated. I hope everyone is doing awesome!! Hi Sunshine2!!

    Well since yesterday, I'm down 2 pounds:clap2:!! I'm :whoo:184!!! :whoo:I really worked out hard today. Today is day five of liquids, I kinda want to keeping doing it, but I'm not sure if it will be healthy. Anyway, tomorrow's another hard workout day and I'm still shooting to lost three more pounds by Sunday.

    Hi everyone,
     
    It's been awhile since I've been here. However, everything is going well...I've been taking Lipo6 and I can't tell a difference. I think it's because my workouts have been less and I've been eating a bit (that'll do it), but the good news is I haven't gained!! Anyway, today is my fourth day on liquids. As much as I hated this phase in the beginning it's working out good this time around for some reason. Maybe I am anxious about my 2 year anniversary on 10/1 and my birthday on 11/4. So I'm hoping I will be down about five pounds by Sunday when I weigh:embarassed:!! I just need to lose 16 MORE!!:faint: I think I can, I know I can...I CAN!!!

    I will be starting Lipo 6 on 8/11 to increase my weightloss. I have heard a lot of good things about it and hopefully it will work. I know Telly takes it and look at her!! So I will see.

    I've lost another pound:whoo::whoo:I am hoping I lose another pound by the end of the day on Monday. I'm really trying hard, but the heat has been so bad here lately. Anyway, I'm sure I will do it!!

    Okay thanks to my 2nd fill and some hard workouts, I am finally at 187!!!:clap2: I can't remember the last time I weighed 180 anything:clap2::whoo:My super mini goal is to weigh 185 by Monday!!! So i will have to really workout hard and stay on liquids/puree foods, which is directed by my doctor. Yep Pee for Mee!!:bounce::dance::dance:

    I had my 2nd fill on 8/1, so hopefully I will jump start my weight loss again. I have been at 189 for weeks and I hate it, but I have been losing inches. So only time will tell...

    Lunch: Spicy chicken in steamed broccoli in homemade zero carb Alfredo sauce (so GOOD, Olive Garden's alfredo sauce recipe).

    Dinner: Grill chicken wings and grilled zuquinni squash w/ my special butter blend.

    Exercise: Run/ Walk 3 1/2 miles, strength training

    Exercise: Strength training (weights)

    Exercise: 3 1/2 mile (IN THE HOT HEAT)!!!

    Lunch: Two cheeseburger patties w/ dill pickle relish, onion mayo (I'm getting sick of beef!)
     
    Snack: Peanuts (2) 12 carbs
    Dinner: Probably BEEF!!!!!!

    Well I have FINALLY move out of the 190's!!!:clap2::clap2::clap2: I am at 189!!!:whoo::whoo:Today is day three of the Atkins diet and I'm glad for some reason the first three days are the tougest. I got up this morning and did my 3 1/2 miles, I ran and walked.

    Menu: 7/4

    Breakfast:
    Nothing

    Lunch:
    left overs two ground beef patties w/ my special ZERO carb gravy, sauteed broccoli w/ garlic and butter.

    Snack:
    I said in my previous journal entry that my cheesecake had no carbs, but it has 1 carb per serving in the cream cheese.

    Dinner:
    Over night seasoned grilled chicken wings w/ grilled zucchini squash w/butter and chopped garlic and a dab of Better Than Boullion (yes!) I just mixed the garlic, butter, and BTB together and once the zucchini is ready I use a BBQ brush and spread it on! Oh yea and low carb/sugarfree cole slaw.

    Exercise:
    3 1/2 miles walked and ran

    I've decided to start the Atkins Diet to get the last 21 pounds off me. I started on 7/2, so maybe this will get the fat to burn once I reach the Ketosis stage.

    Wendy's pattie w/ cheese and lettuce
    Peanuts 6 carbs
    Sugarfree raspberry tea
     
    Dinner:
    Ground beef pattie w/ my super good ZERO carb gravy w/ slices of jalepenos
    Steamed veggies (broccoli sauteed in butter and garlic)
    1 Slice of ZERO carb cheese cake.
     
    Exercise:
    3 1/2 miles

    I didn't meet my goal for June and honestly I have slack on my eating. I still work out a lot (walking mostly), but I need to start lifting weights to get my arms and legs in shape. I need to lose 21 more pounds to be at goal. So I don't know what I need to do to get them off. I was thinking about doing the low carb diet again to lose and gain muscle, but I'm not sure. I know I am tired of being stuck at 191! Anyway, I'll figure it out. I have the 10cc band and my first fill was on 6/6/07. I know I need another fill, but I was trying to lose the 21 pounds without getting another one. Well, it will all work out and the 21 pounds will eventually come off.
