  2. pre plan and always walk around with a bottle (glass) of water (crystal lite mo or what ever you drink).you cant eat and drink sot cuts out the snacking. Also mingle. If you are putting snacks out put out stuff you are comfortable eating. Wendy

  6. njmomma, i feel for you. SO I was nice now get yourself together you can do it. Let me tell you a little about me may be it would help. I was in green. Doing ok. Then bam out of no where throwing up, reflux night cough. They took 2.75 out. .They said I would have to wait 10 weeks for a fill. It was so hard but i told myself not will not allow myself to gain it back. I had already put on 4 lbs. So this is what i did- I measured my food and logged my food i mean eveything even an m & M. I exercised and made sure i drank my water. I went to my fitness pal. I also went to the chat here and boards . Gained 2 lbs in 10 weeks, You can do it. Our minds are very strong but so are we.!!!!   9. your body is still healing. Speak to doc he may suggest a fill. Not everyone loses till first fill. After your first fill you may not feel restriction cause it takes a few. Good luck wendy

  18. i can only speak for myself. i sometimes feel hungry and sometimes forget to eat. When we go out to eat I don't care we go cause food isn't that important anymore. My only preferences are to make sure there are choices i can eat lke breadless, no rice etc. the part about you eating everything in sight well the band will change that. No matter if you have or haven't eaten all day, you will still only be able to eat a certain amount at a meal. Wendy
