I love them.... so many options. I go to the meat counter and have them thinly sliced salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, I always add some cheeses ... blue cheese, brie, smoked gouda, throw in some cut strawberries, ripe cantaloupe, some olives, peppered mustard spread.... pepper jelly... and some thin crackers and some nuts..... Yummmmm

For some reason the holidays and vacations I always seem to lose weight. I become super aware of every bite of food. If there is anything we have all learned is what foods are our trigger food and what makes us gain. I know that a week ago I was having trouble with snacking... mostly chips. I did cook a roast with carrots and potatoes. I ate too many of the carrots and potatoes and not enough meat,..... Lesson learned. Stick to what I know.... Lost 3lbs on Thursday.... I had to do a liquid diet for one day for a colonoscopy. Back at the 120.

IMO i think as soon as you have all your stuff done, it should be turned in. Who cares if there are 9 people or 1.... I say first come first served. My original dr/SX compiled all the results and submitted to insurance with a SX Date in one large packet. I was approved in 2 days.

Anyone else have a reverse body image before WLS? I look in the mirror and didn't see the 232lb person. I saw "normal".... It wasn't until I didn't recognize myself in a picture that I really saw what I looked like.... I was shocked and disgusted. Then as the years went by, looking in the mirror, it's become the other where I don't see the thin size 0 person.... The mind is a crazy thing for sure. I hold up jeans in a size 0 and think.... OMG there is no way, but they do. I have a hard time parting with things that are too big. Just yesterday I brought 5 shirts and 2 skirts to the tailor. I'm obsessed with my boobs now. After years and years of being an H cup, they look so small as a FF-G.... I know that they are still bigger than most, but to me they look tiny...... ugh.. Drinking has become a 1 drink a day thing. I just challenged myself to see how long I could go if I really tried..... 23 days. Had one Sunday night and it knocked my D!ck in the dirt..... Thank the dear Lord in Heaven I don't really like shopping. I hate going into a shop and picking things out.... I'm terrible at it. I also hate getting undressed and dressed over and over. I moved to another state where no one knew the size 20 me. No one knew my past, I knew no one and it was so liberating...... This is also how I managed to have revision SX without telling anyone... that in itself has been awesome. Especially this time around..... (raises a hand and admits) it wasn't hard work at all.

You and i have the same issue..... everything in a jump suit or maxie dress is too long.... But WOW!!! that is super sexy.... I love it. Headed to the seamstress today with a dozen pieces of clothes.

I went to the second hand or consignment stores. Bought leggings... the first time with the band. The second time with the sleeve I still had a lot of my size 6 from band SX .... but i had to give all those away as i am now a size 0
