  2. I have been looking at Built bars. Might have to try them! The main reason i went with the Pure Protein bars is because they all have like 20g of protein so they are a great way yo get your protein in
  3. Hi Folks! Happy New Year! Just curious what everyone is eating for snacks? I just order some protien puffs from twin peaks ingredients. Excites to try them! Also, is anyone else using protien bars instead of shakes once their doctor gu3ves them the go ahead? I have been eating Pure Protein bars for a couple weeks now. They are good (depending on the type), but are supet heavy. Any other protien bar suggestions?
  4. Just over 6 weeks post op. Hardest thing for me is earing slowly i have been lucky so far and nothing i have tried has really bothered me, but i can definitely tell when i have eaten too fast. I just keep weighing my food out and i dont even usually finish that

  13. Agreed, but was just curious what othera did. This is all because i really want some refried beans HAHHAHHA
  14. Just seems weird that some of the plans vary so much. You would think there would be a standard. Next questions i guess is, did you atrixtly adhere to what your apecific doctor/ NUT said or did you add something to one of the stages because you saw other's programs allowed it?
  15. Hello, I am almost 2 weeks Post Op and about to start the pureed food stage. I have noticed that the recommendations from my doctor/ office differ from other dieta i see onlune. One example: refried beans. Just curious if anyone knows why?
