Thanks for the Encouraging words about the Brownie I snitched! It was a big one too! Like a cake! LOL I am over it, but dawg gonnit why do people tempt us like that? And where was my willpower? Out the Window, like the Brownie should have been~oh well and Scarlet O'Harah said, Tomorrow is another Day! I did well today, managed to eat healthy, got my protein shake in early this morning and felt full all through Church, then took my Mom to a Fast Food Rest and only ate a small piece of a sandwich, Fish like two bites and three small fries, that was good and that was Lunch, then I had a small dish of grits with cheese and a sausage pattie for dinner! Very Full and Satisfied all day, drank Crystal Lite! And of course the water! Busy day, did not dwell on foo, but on life! Thanks for the kind and encouraging response to my post!

Enjoyed reading your response to my post about the Brownie, and OMG it was a cake one too with walnuts, should have chunked it out the window, but I could not. I usually can not tolerate bread, but now problem with that baby! I did real good today, got back on track and going to stay there as long as I can~ I really want that 100 lbs gone! Even tho if I stopped right now, I would be happy with 82 in 8 months! But I am going to press on! Look forward to hearing from you again soon.

Just visited and joined THE SWEET SPOT! Love your blog. Very nice and I always enjoy your blogs, you should be a comedian, too funny and so true. I took art for three years and I just love the cute sketches you ad to the blog. I too love bargains and bought myself some crops for next summer in a PRINT (which I never wore before) They were $2.70 LEE Brand! I think I will like them.

Hi! We are over in the Panhandle of Florida, just beautiful here all day, sunshine, no winds, beautiful. Got a little cooler this evening tho when the sun went down and a few showers, as I was pulling in my driveway tonight, I saw a beautiful Rainbow! What a great sign! The day was perfect! I am trying to settle into the fact that people are seeing me different, and I still feel the same somehow? It will hit me one day I hope!

Hi got your post, Yes I am moving down now again although slower now, but still going down! It was a beautiful day here in the Panhandle of Florida! I have been so cold. I would love to be in the snow a little Ha! Now that I have lost all this weight tho, I just freeze. So glad that Plateau is over, I was getting very depressed! Hope all is going well with you too, you have lost a lot of weight are you feeling better?

It has been awhile since I posted anything, not really liking this new website, is anyone else with me? Hey Allie! Thanks for that info! I squeezed on a size 12 today, they fit in the legs, but I can not zip them up all the way without laying down on the bed first and they look sick! In a bad way, LOL I know teens use the word "sick" to mean "wicked~or Good! " But really I looked melted and poured into them. So I know when I get to about 165 I will have some work done too so I can buy and wear clothes that fit, like you are doing. I wore clothes that were loose too many years!!!! How long did it take to heal and feel good after the surgeries?

Thanks Shonette for your kind words as always, I know we are in the forefront of Gods Plan for our lives. He is my constant is such a changing world. I am praying for a good answer to your insurance challenge. I needed the help, and saw this as my answer to be healthy so I could serve my Lord the rest of my life, not only do I not eat so much, I am directed because of the band to eat healthier, so it really is a Good thing in our lives, I know the right answer will come for you too.

Hi Sage, I love your pics, really show you have lost a lot of weight. When did you have your surgery? I had mine in July on the 29th. I have lost a total of 45 lbs as of today. 13 weeks, and I am blown away. I went to a Funeral today and some people I saw last summer did not even recognize me! It was wonderful. I wore a size 3x shirt and shorts to the outing last summer and swam in it, Now this summer, I will wear a swimsuit again. Good luck to you, keep me posted ok?

:thumbup:How sweet of you! You had your surgery on my Birthday! How about that? I am so glad that we are doing so Good! I get depressed wanting to have it NOW, but you know what? We did not put it on fast so it will just have to go off slower! I have lost 80 lbs now, and have 23 to go to goal, it had almost stopped but has started again coming off after this last fill, very tight now again and that is good. I think when we have lost this much, our body refuses to drop thinking we will get sick or something, and we have lost a good percentage of the extra body weight too. Thanking God everyday for my band. When I get into a 12 really good and it is loose on my some, I think I will be satisfied! I haven't been in a 10 since High School, and don't want to get so small I look emaciated! Good Luck on these last pounds they are harder to get off! Wow how encouraging! I hope I can find the vision to see myself as slender as you have become. I am 55 lbs from my goal. Had my surgery 7-29-09 and I have lost 45 lbs. Just started Zumba! Have you had a Tummy Tuck or anything? You just look Amazin. Congrats I know you are proud as well as you should be. Keep up the good work, and thanks for the motivation.

Hi! I love your pic with your dog! Is it a Bichon? I have a Bichon Frise, he is 4 1/2 years old, and just a terrific little Man. Louie! He is my side kick, keeps my feet warm. Lol!

Going on a cruise to Alaska this May and I wondered you mentioned Vancouver, where are you from. by the way you are looking great, you look so different from your pre photos.

Thanks Girl, I feel better today still not eating as much but that can be a good thing, ha! Just showered and washed my hair and that always gets me back to feeling better. I am going to wash my poor dog, he keeps looking at me like he is thrown away. Heading to Disney on Friday and I will be leaving like a pack mule with all my food and stuff I can eat and my meds. Yes ask your Dr. about the "Quick Acting" meds that melt on your tounge like Zofran. It is so good to keep something cause nothing can stop that wave. I literally HATE to throw up, that is one reason I never had the By-Pass surgery, hey you are looking great!

Hi Lucky Five 101, thanks for the friend invite, I will need all the help I can get to stay in this fight against being fat all my life! I was so tired of dieting, I just refused to get on another one, I always gained the weight back. But after a vacation to the mountains, and I could barely catch my breath when walking I made up my mind to go ahead with my surgery. I am so happy that I did. Your photos are very encouraging thank you for posting. You look amazing. How much more weight are you going to loose?

Seeing your photos are very encouraging to those of us just getting started! Good Luck with the Tummy Tuck. I had to pay for my Lap Band Surgery, but I will always believe that it is totally worth it! I am on the low carb, high protein, getting into Ketosis. I am really loosing the weight! I am getting my second fill on the 30th of September, this month. I am hoping to get off a few more pounds and lots of inches before Oct. 17th, 2009 which is the date of my Class Reunion (40 Years) I have had the pleasure of getting rid of one huge garbage bag of clothes already, it felt good in a way, and I was scared in another, sure hoping I don't need them back again. But looking at your photo's I know I won't.
