I'm exercising my resistance muscle tonight! But that's basically only because I strengthened my "give in" muscle earlier. Ugh. Tina, bring those darn wheat thins on Saturday. We'll stage an intervention for you! Why am I still up?! I have to be up at 5:30 tomorrow! *scolding myself*

Well, we had our cat stolen! He got mad at us when we got our dog (I was about 14) and the neighbor down the street started feeding him and keeping him inside her house. My mom had to go over and say "That's my kids' cat, they love him" And the lady was all "Well he's a nuisance and he just kept coming around". Well it's because she kept feeding him and he was mad at us! He got over it though. Got that cat when I was in kindergarden, had to finally put him down when I was 22 or 23. I think I need some fit flops. I wear my super flimsey flip flops and my plantar-facitis does not approve!

I wore a button-down shirt to work, and not a single button came undone on its own!

Candra~ I love the crack comment. Especially since I work in law enforcement! haha Jes- I've tried one of those contoured memory-foam pillows. I hated it, it hurt my neck. But, I usually sleep on my stomach or my side. I will have some adjusting to do post-op! We just got back from house shopping! We saw probably 8 houses. We sorta liked 3. One of the houses we saw was totally trashed. I took pictures! The teenagers who lived there wrote all over the walls, kicked in a cabinet, punched in another cabinet, cut holes in the wall of 1 bedroom. Ugh. I still really liked the house but it'll take a lot of work. But it was still really fun!

Good morning ladies! Today is my 9/80 (and payday woohoo). The fella was able to get the day off too. We're going to look at houses with a realtor! (Super Yay) I was going to go to water aerobics this morning, but it's kinda cold right now. What's that about? It seems like its always cold when I want to go to water aerobics! So it'll be the elliptical for me in a few. I haven't been to the gym in over a week! I've been half-assing it on the bike at home. So it's time to get back on track. BTW, for Saturday- The state fair starts this weekend, just something to keep in mind. I don't know if that means parking will be a problem, but it does sometimes. Nicole, you could bring the hub & auds and they could hang out while we do our thing and then you can go enjoy the fair! Just a thought.

Done reading! Whew. That was at least an hour! I have already dropped my class. It was so not a good fit! I could do the work just fine, but the hardest part for me would be sitting in that class every week. I called my school and got switched to another class right away. I love my school! They're so helpful and pleasant. I had a much better day today. Yesterday sucked. But now I'm feeling good! I 4th (or 5th?) the facebook-lab band-discretion thing... nobody knows on my facebook, except for my fella! So, I know I've lost weight, and it's becoming noticable now. I had my first coworker comment at 30 lbs, then 2 ladies said something last week, 1 lady on Monday and today I had my first male coworker. He just came up and said "How much have you lost!?" He was really excited for me. Well, later another coworker stopped me and said "So&so said you lost 50 lbs, that can't be right" I told her, no It's 50. It's kinda wierd though. Now hella people at work know. I'm kind of uncomfortable with everyone talking about it though, I guess since no one's being discreet anymore. I can't really blame them, it's obvious I'm losing! I'm super excited, we're going to look at houses tomorrow! Yay! Oh, and I'll be there Saturday!

Can you put them on the social group page? Or you can join the "Lap band book club" that I started. No actual topic yet, just pictures of books. lol.

10 pages of posts today. Is that a new record? I haven't had a chance to read any of them. I just got in from school. I won't be staying in that class, it was pure torture. Seriously. The teacher kept shouting and slamming his fists on the table. There are only 13 people in the class! Ugh. And work stuff is stressing me out. I've just had a rough day. Let's hope this "sleep it off" thing works and tomorrow is a better day!

So much for the bike. I got distracted with important stuff. Now it really is too late to exercise. Maybe I can fit a few minutes in before work tomorrow. Ugh. Good night ladies.

Forgive me weight loss plan, for I have sinned. It has been three days since my last workout. Yikes! Even though it's kinda late, I'm getting on the bike. I'm hoping I don't get off for an hour (except to walk around so my tushy and toes stop tingling...) I have my first class of the fall session tomorrow. My school has 5 9-week sessions per year. One down... a billion to go! The hardest part is that I can't exercise on the nights I have school, and I don't always get to eat that well. Maybe I can walk laps in the parking lot just before class? I don't think I even have time for that! I haul straight from work to Folsom, get my car washed and go straight to school. Enough talk from me. A little less conversation, a little more action. To the bike! Oh, and my Wii Active. (Oh how I've neglected that thing too!)

Maria, one of my random meals was non-fat refried beans with cheese and taco sauce. I got really tired of everything else and it hit the spot!

Hey ladies! We just got back from the movie (Saw District 9... it was pretty good). I didn't have any popcorn. In fact, it didn't even smell good this time, which is way strange. I just had my $6 water and I snuck a soy milk in... we decided to go as I had just finished cooking some chicken, hadn't even started the rest of dinner. So I had a bit of chicken, a few pita chips in the car, and my soy milk a bit later. lol.

You ladies will be proud of me. We're going to a movie tonight and with Candra in mind, I'm wearing my size 20 Petite Avenue Denim-light jeans! They're not a real 20 of course, but they're definately not too big! And I'm wearing a 2x camisol underneath my shirt. If I can get pics tonight I'll post them. Oooh, and I'm wearing heels too. lol.

We can go bra shopping after the meeting on Saturday... There's Nordstrom, Macy's and Victoria Secret at Arden Mall. Reggie can feel you all up! And you know Candra won't let you get the wrong one!

Here are a few pictures I took yesterday. Apparently I didn't take as many as I thought. Anyone have a group shot where my eyes are open?

The First 50
Thanks! My program has a pre-op diet of 1200 calories that has just really agreed with me. I'm doing an hour of cardio 3-5 days per week. And absolutely no snacking!

I forgot about bunco last night... funniest thing ever. So there are a lot of the ladies in my bunco group who have some weight to lose. In the group of 12 there are like, 2 that are smaller than a 10. One of those 2 is apparently dieting. We were sitting at the table and one of the other ladies asked "How's the diet going" and, mind you I've lost 50 lbs and see these girls once a month, I thought she meant me and was trying to remember if I had mentioned anything to the group. Well she was talking to the thinnest girl of the group. And skinni-mini said "I gained 2 lbs so I'm bummed, but I've lost a total of 6 and I'm almost at my goal". Inside, I was laughing so hard... Really? 2 lbs. Ugh. I just think it's hilarious/annoying.

I'll be there! I had heard about the pineapple or orange juice for when something's really stuck. Something about the acid of the juice attacking that food & letting it pass. I'm so excited for Riley's 100 lbs! Woot woot!

Did you tell everyone or no?
You could say you're having gallbladder or hernia repair. Both are similar down-time.

Oh no Tina! That's terrible! I'm so glad you got your un-fill. Were you at least still in the bay area when you decided to go see Dr. Baggs? At least you didn't drive home and then drive back! I'm so excited to see everyone Saturday!
