  5. I stopped losing when I started the mushies as well. I havent had a fill yet but I am noticing that as I continue to be vigilant about what I eat, the scale is wobbling downward again!
  6. Liquid diet? Lots of water and exercise.
  7. A day shy of 3 weeks and 15 pounds down. Once I started mushies last week my weight loss kinda stalled. Between that, and being really constipated I've been trying to up my water and get moving on the treadmill! Feeling great otherwise!
  8. I felt exactly how you do! I had surgery on August 17th and I feel great! So far so good. You will be okay...the anticipation is the hardest part. You are stressing so badly but the the day will be here and then BAM.....it's done!
  9. We have constipation! Just about 3 weeks out and feeling good....but good LORD....i need some tips to get things moving and keep them moving!
  10. I had a small Wendy's chili today! Every diet I've done, for the most part, allowed the small Wendy's Chili! It's surprisingly low in fat and has great protein!
  11. I dont know why it happens but I've had it too. It passes, dont worry. I had it everytime I progressed to the next stage. I am only a few days ahead of you and I'm in that glorious constipated stage! Ugh!
  12. Did something happen beforehand? A fight with your husband or kids? Nervous about bills or work? Maybe just boredom? Waited to long to eat and got overly hungry? Don't beat yourself up at this point...try to understand why you did it?
  13. Had it for dinner (cant have solids yet). HELLOOOO 14g protein!
  14. If you do oral with the band...you'll get pregnant.
  15. I used to be an active member of a low carb board and it had a section such as this.....it was called "the playground" and boy did we have some laughs!
  16. I would say well before you get to that point! Have an "oh, by the way" conversation. Dont make a big deal of it. Give him a peek at that time. That way when you are getting ready to do the deed...it's all about that and nothing else. Once the "girls" come out, he wont see anything else anyway!!
  17. I just moved to full liquids and everything is FLYING through. A little concerned because I go back to work tomorrow.
  18. Should add that this is adding to my suspicion of a lactose intolerance. It's the yogurt this morning and the milk based shake, I think.
  19. ...a little TOO fine. Going down easy, through the band no problem and RIGHT out the back door!!! Sorry, TMI! I am going strictly by the book, have no pain and I am close to home so it's not a big deal but.......HOLY CRAP. no pun intended.
  20. What Failure just said?....Yes, a thousand times yes!
  21. Oh bugs ARE protein!!
