  1. Thanks! I had to buy a .com address. I think I forgot to tell everyone what I had finally decided!
  2. Susan I am sorry you are going through this! I agree with you 100%!! We too are in the same place. When we got our mortgage 9 years ago my husband worked a very good job and I did as well. He was hurt in a motorcycle accident by an asshole. Well we still have yet to see the big check we have been promised by the attorney and he hasn't worked a day since the accident and NEVER will again. SO it isn't fair to think that people are loosing their homes because it is their fault. You know what, life happens and sometimes life sucks. We are trying to hold on everyday. I think the only reason our mortgage company works with us is because there will be a big check someday, they know it! I am not saying that some of it isn't their fault. But you can only plan life ahead so far, What is 6 months gonna do for ya?
  3. Man, what did I miss?? lol...
  4. Been there, done that Sick. I had the F*ing bitch stewardess call across the cabin for a seat belt extender when I needed it. I wanted to crush her head with my foot. But lavender, bath, tried it all....nothing works...
  5. lol...you have to remember where I came from! I was a FF before surgery. Before I started loosing weight I was a JJJ. I would like DD's at least...lol...
  6. I never really had it until I hit goal. It has been 6-9 months now no good night sleep! I need to talk to the Dr. The melatonin is no longer working. UGH....I think I am going to go to bed soon and try to go to sleep! :wink2:
  7. I am sick of never getting a good night's sleep. I getting really bitchy...lol...
  8. Great job and congratulations!! I have a new life and I am so happy now! There are so many things that I am happy about and thankful for! I agree this is a supportive place and only happy thoughts! :wink2:
  9. Hello all Just got off the phone with the Dr's office. I am having a Hernia Physical on the 21st for the port replacement. They are calling it a hernia for insurance reasons I guess. WHATEVER they want to call it, I just want it fixed! I will go see the Bariatric Surgeon on the 21st and should get my surgery date then. Ah, all seems so long to wait!
  10. I think you aren't going to the right places then! Here if you ask they will substitute fries for fruit or veggies on the kids menu. Applebees, Olive Garden, Cracker Barrel have good kid's menus and will sub. If you do order off the adult menu ask them to bring a box with the meal. I do and it helps. But if you can't keep it cold until you can get it home you are throwing money out the window. I often just order sides now such as potatoes, broccolli, fruit, ect. I then pick off DH plate. He doesn't mind at all.
  11. I am sorry it didn't work out for you! I also agree that the band isn't for everyone, especially if you are doing it for the wrong reasons! Good luck to you!
  12. Salsa!! YOU LOOK SO GREAT! I am amazed! How did you get away with almost no bruising? You look so great! CONGRATULATIONS!
  13. I agree with Denise. This is a hard question to answer. I can say it has been very difficult for me, but worth it. I had to completely change my life and what was important to me. I gave up fast food, junk food, candy, comfort food, I learned to deal with events without organzing them around food, I learned a new way to deal with my problems rather than feeding them, and I learned a new way to committ myself to me. I work out every morning for 1-1.5 hours something I NEVER EVER would have done before. Each pound I lost was a reward for my hard work. And now I am becoming the person I need to be so it was worth every step. I follow the rules, and made a change. Change is hard but good! :biggrin2:
  14. Dan--thanks. I actually think he is an ass. But,eh! Go-thank you. I have worked really hard to become the girl who was lost inside the fat. I am so happy I made the committment. If I can do it, anyone can! Denise-I want implants. D's are too small......
  15. Thanks Foofy I think the swelling is going ok. I have more on the right side than the left side still. I really don't have anything to compare it to though. I tried wearing spanx for 1 day and got all freaked out and ditched it. I can say that I hurt a lot still. When I sneeze I want to cry. I definately think there are many times when I have needed the support of a binder, but alas as much as I don't like him I still follow my Dr's orders. (Am I a dork?) I can say that I can wear a bikini now. I have one that hides the line and it looks good. No swelling hanging out anywhere!
  16. I am posting just to post. It is 5 am, I have been up since 2. I am very sick of this sh*t and my body. Good thing I have good coffee!
  17. Well since I don't go to THAT thread I had no idea! I have no desire to be preggers for the record! lol...
  18. Congratulations and sending you lots of good vibes! You deserve this baby!
  19. I hate it when people casually put in their ticker they are having a baby!! There should be nothing casual about that!! CONGRATULATIONS Loosing! WOOO HOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :tt1::tt1::tt1::tt1::tt1:
  20. WOW! SO you will not be eating whole watermellons or a bag of chips anytime soon eh?
  21. Absolutely! I bet it will dialte your pouch as well. SO drink some meat tenderizer to stop it!

  24. In such a big area it shouldn't be hard. I would first look on the web. That is where I found my 1st photographer. He had a myspace so I could ask girls he had worked with how he was. NEVER EVER go alone though! Always take a friend to "help" and keep you safe!
  25. Nah, frog legs have a tendency to come back up on you!
