  1. As unladylike as it is, I am still burping more since lapband than i did before it is actually quite embarassing...sometimes hitting me at the worst of times. Becky

  3. I didn't experience much on my first fill...didn't really notice that much of a difference only really after my 3 fill did I start to feel anything...I am hoping for my 5th fill i will reach my sweet spot. Cool video, wade...
  4. Wow congrats! It is a wonderful feeling...I am also swimming in my clothes at the moment...I kind of enjoy it gives me that I'm too skinny for this feeling...very inspirational, although I look very dowdy..bout time for me to update my own wardrobe me thinks! Becky

Tuna Morney 2 tablespoon of flour a little melted butter salt and pepper to taste 1 cup of milk small can of tuna a handfull of grated low fat cheese. on a low heat, mix melted butter and flour add dash of salt and pepper...slowly mix in milk so that it is smooth and not lumpy...add your lowfat cheese and finally the can of tuna...keep stiring until it is thick and smooth. Hmmmm yummy my favorite recipie when on the mushies. Becky

Hi genie I am also from Aussie Land I had my lapband in Tassie...Dont fret...go and talk to the specialist during that initial consult he can answer all your questions and concerns...Have a good look around LBT take notes on anything that concerns you so that you can take it to the consult. I have had my lapband for a year now and have never regretted it for a moment. Welcome to LBT. Becky
  13. Missy C don't fret some people can feel their port somepeople cant. Wait till your fill they will have a good feel around...I am sure you'll be fine... JJB what was the doctors responce when he told you the port was tilted...did he seem concerned? Becky

  18. my dr just relies on feeling for the thing...can be slightly uncomfortable while he is poking and prodding...but bearable. Becky
  19. After surgery I just loved those sexy tight leg stocking things...hmmm NOT! they were so uncomfortable...But good to know that the drs take precautions from blood clots etc. Becky
  20. i agree re the calorie fluctuation thing...I went throu 4 weeks eating the same thing day in day out... and plateaud...when I started changing my diet and adding new and different things I started to loose weight again...go figure! But I know the fustration keenly...here's feeling for you. Becky
